Sacred Mothers

An Online Bhakti Yoga Dance Experience for Women

Reconnect with your Sacred Body, your inner strength, and the woman within — through Odissi-inspired movement, feminine embodiment, and deeper spiritual connection with your true Self.

You give so much of yourself to others. This workshop is for you to come back to you.

Through yoga, Odissi-inspired dance, breath, emotional awareness, and spiritual connection, we create sacred space to reconnect and remember: you are more than the roles you carry.

You will:
- Move deeper through yoga, stretching, and hip- and heart-opening practice
- Reconnect with your physical body and learn to truly inhabit it
- Explore emotional presence and self-awareness through movement
- Discover the grace, infinite curves, and expressive language of Odissi
- Touch the spiritual dimension of movement and embodied feminine energy
- Make space for your creativity, strength, and sense of Self
- Learn to stay connected to yourself through every season of life

This isn't a yoga class. It isn't a dance class.

It's a return to the woman within — a space to come home to yourself, a practice of remembering who you are.

Come move. Come breathe. Come feel. Come connect. Come embody.

We hold space here for the woman beyond mother, wife, caretaker.

You can love your family deeply — without losing yourself in the process.

- Weekday morning and evening options
- Live on Zoom, with recordings available
- No experience necessary

Next Workshop 10/01/2026 from 10:45am- 12pm EST

Next Sacred Mothers Workshop

In a very busy life with two children, my Odissi dance classes have become my self care. It’s the time in the week I get to connect with myself with sacred intention and feminine power. I am grateful to have this nurturing space to learn, and strengthen my body and mind.

Lila Svarupini’s commitment, passion and skill is inspiring to behold, with an encouraging and positive attitude she is a really wonderful teacher and has truly changed my life for the better!

Taking these classes for the last few years have been a blessing and I'm really grateful towards Krishna for giving me the opportunity to have a teacher like Lila.

It is opening doors in my heart to reach a depth of love for the Supreme Lord and even getting to know my own personal blocks from reaching that depth. I'm so thankful that it can be guided through Lila along with her dance gurus that get passed down to her.
